TRAFFIC on the Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway was backed up yesterday after an accident involving eight vehicles. The accident occurred near a toll gate and no one was injured. Many Shanghai residents were traveling out of town yesterday for the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, which is tomorrow.
