A CHECK-IN service for passengers and luggage on flights from Pudong International Airport has been opened at Hongqiao Airport. This will benefit passengers arriving in the city via the new high-speed bullet trains which terminate at the Hongqiao transport hub. An increasing number of air travelers from neighboring provinces are arriving at Hongqiao via bullet trains since the Shanghai-Nanjing high-speed rail line opened earlier this month.
