City tourist dies

A tourist from Shanghai died on Thursday in Thailand while diving at a beach of the island of Racha. The incident happened about 3pm on Thursday when the 27-year-old victim was diving without wearing a life vest. The man drifted to shore and was pronounced dead. The cause was still unclear.
