Cloned cab caught

SHANGHAI traffic authorities said they have seized 507 cloned taxis so far this year.
The Shanghai Traffic Law Enforcement Team said illegal taxi operation was suppressed with continued crackdowns conducted around Metro stations, transportation hubs and business areas.
The traffic watchdog said it is now targeting illegal used-car markets where retired taxis are often traded against the rules.
