Cloudy days for exam candidates
IT will be cloudy and humid from Sunday when the three-day college entrance examinations begin and rain can be expected on Monday night and Tuesday.
Downtown temperatures will reach 35 degrees Celsius on Sunday and Monday and it will be humid. The low temperatures for the three days will be about 22 degrees, the Shanghai Metereological Bureau said.
A monsoon hit the city today.
It will be cloudy tomorrow with temperatures ranging between 21 and 33 degrees.
Local taxi companies say they are fully booked for the morning peak hours by candidates sitting the three "big days" of examinations.
