Cold and clear days to continue

THE weather will remain cold and clear in Shanghai with sub-zero temperatures through to Thursday, weathermen said today.
The lowest temperature this morning dropped to -7 degrees in the suburbs and -3 in downtown areas. The bureau issued the second yellow frost alarm at 4:30pm yesterday.
The lowest temperature tomorrow will be around -2 degrees Celsius with the highest up to 5 degrees, Shanghai Meteorological Bureau said today. On Thursday, the temperature will hover between -1 to 7 degrees.
The temperature will rise from Friday and will peak up to 10 degrees at the weekend.
