Cold snap alert

SHANGHAI Meteorological Bureau issued a cold wave alert at 5am today.
Today's temperature will hover between 8 and 12 degree Celsius, a significant drop of at least 6 degrees from yesterday. Drizzle will fall in the city's northeast with winds of up to 74 kilometers an hour.
It will be cloudy tonight, with temperatures dipping to 5 degrees downtown and 2 degrees in the suburbs tomorrow, with frost in some areas.
However, tomorrow temperatures will rise to about 15, with 20 degrees forecast for Wednesday.
