Fuel prices go up

FUEL prices in Shanghai will go up slightly today, the city government announced yesterday. The top price for 92-octane gas will cost 5.88 yuan (US$0.92) per liter — 0.07 yuan more while a liter of 95-octane gas will rise to 6.26 yuan from the previous 6.19. The new price of diesel will be 5.48 yuan per liter from the previous 5.4. It is the first rise of fuel prices after six successive drops this year.
