Here comes the rain again...
RAIN and drizzle will continue to at least to the end of the weekend, the local weather bureau said yesterday.
Although the recent rainfall was two to three times more than usual, it won't be a record. "In 2005, there was 122 millimeters in the same period," Shanghai Meteorological Bureau's Man Liping said. "Since Friday the city has had 90 millimeters of rain and we reckon it will weaken over the next couple of days." Up to yesterday, the city had 11 days without sunshine and from today to the beginning of next week, the maximum temperature will range between 8 to 11 degrees Celsius after lows of 4 to 6 degrees, the bureau said.
