11-day, 6-country package included in new train travel routes

THE Shanghai Railway Bureau will offer 80 new travel routes this year, including an 11-day, six-country package in July. The tour will pass through Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Austria. Included in the deal is a four-night stay on a “New Oriental Express” train, which boasts hotel-standard accommodation. Among the other routes are trips to Wuyi Mountain, Yellow Mountain, and tourism spots in Sichuan, Gansu and Xinjiang. The short trips will depart Shanghai on Friday night and return early Monday morning, the bureau said.
