Hot and wet days ahead

DESPITE the recent high temperatures, more rain is on the cards this week, forecasters said yesterday.
Today will be mostly clear, with the possibility of some showers, but heavier downpours and even thundershowers are likely tomorrow and through the remainder of the week. The daily highs are likely to remain in the region of 30 to 32 degrees Celsius, with lows of 25 to 26 degrees. Tomorrow is also the official start of the dashu, or great heat, solar term.
