Labor Day holiday expected to be rainy

Rain is expected in Shanghai during the three-day Labor Day holiday that runs from Sunday to Tuesday.

The holiday will be soaked with drizzles and showers as a rain belt sweeps through the Yangtze Delta region, Shanghai Meteorological Bureau said today.

Locals are advised to take umbrellas with them and to drive carefully during the holiday.

Temperatures will be stable as the cold front is diminishing. Tomorrow will have showers and lightning with a low of 18 degrees Celsius and a high of 23 degrees.

Monday will be cloudy to drizzle with temperatures between 17 degrees and 21 degrees.

Tuesday, the Labor Day, will have showers and lightning with a low of 17 degrees and a high of 23 degrees.
