Light rains forecast for today

WEATHER forecasters are predicting a rainy start to the week due to the influence of southwesterly winds.
Slight drizzles are expected today, especially in southern and central parts of the city, as the cold air expands and collides with the warm moisture from the southwest.
The cold front will push the temperature down to single digits. The skies will clear up tomorrow but will turn cloudy on Thursday. The rains will be back on Friday. The temperature will range between 6 to 8 degrees Celsius today.
It will be smoggy on Wednesday and Thursday.
