Metro Line 14 plan shows 31 stations
THE city yesterday released a draft of the plan for Metro Line 14, which will run from east to west in the city.
The line, 39 kilometers long, will have 31 underground stations and travel beneath the Huangpu River. With stations such as Lujiazui, Yuyuan Garden and Jing'an Temple, the line is expected to ease pressure on Line 2. The city now has 12 lines, with total track of more than 425 kilometers, one of the longest in the world.
