A PASSENGER who slipped on a wet floor at a Metro station and suffered a bone fracture got 5,250 yuan as compensation from the Metro operator, the Shanghai Railway Transport Court said yesterday. The court held the Metro operator partly responsible because its workers did not put up a warning sign.
