THE extended sections of Metro lines 11, 12, and 13 eased the overcrowding in the Metro network during the rush hours yesterday, Xinmin Evening News reported.
The new extensions diverted some commuters who had to rely on Metro Line 1 and 2 during the rush hours. Ten interchange stations have been added to the city’s Metro network after the extended lines began operational yesterday.
