Metro line shut

PART of Metro Line 3 was cut in rush hour yesterday morning due to a power failure, delaying thousands of commuters.
The line was cut between Shanghai Railway Station and Jiangwan Town Station for about an hour from 6:15am. Buses were brought in to carry passengers. The rest of the line was unaffected.
