Metro to issue 3-day multiple-ride tickets
CITY Metro operator said today the one-day ticket will stay in use next year.
Meanwhile, it plans to issue three-day tickets to provide frequent Metro riders more choices next year.
The three-day pass is still waiting for approval and is expected to be sold soon, said the operator, who did not disclose the price.
Officials said riders can use the tickets to travel by any of the city's 11 Metro lines within 72 hours. Usage is the same as the one-day multiple-ride ticket.
The one-day ticket was welcomed by passengers with a daily sale of 3,000 during the World Expo.
