THE main structure of the Minpu Bridge II, the city's first two-deck bridge across the Huangpu River, was completed on Saturday.
Some 4,800 meters long, it links the Minhang and Fengxian districts. Its upper level is a two-way, four-lane highway, and the lower is for Metro Line 5. The highway is to open before the Chinese New Year; the entire bridge, before the 2010 sWorld Expo.
