Peeper with cell phone caught on Metro

LOCAL Metro police detained a man who used his cell phone to secretly take pictures under a woman's skirt about 5:40pm yesterday at Yishan Road Station of Metro Line 3.
The 27-year-old man, surnamed Huang, pretended to pick up something when waiting for the train on a platform, but he tried to put his cell phone under a woman's skirt.
He was caught after another commuter saw him and scolded him before calling police.
Officers later praised the caller and encouraged locals to stand up when such things happen.
More undercover police agents are on patrol on the city's Metro system to protect female passengers from sexual harassment, according to reports.
