Police seize 10 cheating foreign seamen

SHANGHAI immigration police caught 10 foreign sailors using a fake seaman's book this week.
Six sailors on a Southeast Asian ship were found using fake documents on October 17; another four aboard a Libya-registered ship were caught yesterday afternoon, police based at Waigaoqiao Port said today.
They also falsified their entrance and exit records in their books to cheat their employers about their working experience for higher pay.
Their fake documents were all confiscated, police said.
