Rail ticket scalpers held

TWO rail ticket scalpers have been detained over the weekend and 79 tickets seized with a face value 20,000 yuan (US$2,930), police said.
A total of 23 scalpers have been caught and 141 tickets have been recovered this year, they added. The maximum sentence for ticket scalping is three years in jail with fines.
