Rare full moon for holiday

THE best time to appreciate the full moon will be at this year's Mid-Autumn Festival, the last day of September. It's rare for the moon to turn perfectly round on the festival, the 15th day in August in the Chinese lunar calendar, because it's usually the fullest on the 16th. Locals can view the full moon and enjoy mooncakes, a tradition on the day.
