CONSTRUCTION of the second phase of a sculpture park in Jing'an District is expected to finish by the end of March. The 36,000-square-meter park, at the junction of Bejing Road W. and Chengdu Road N., will display sculptures starting in September or October. The park's greenery will be able to absorb the heat created by 1,500 air-conditioners.
