Sunshine on a cloudy day

THE outlook for today is little changed from yesterday, with a combination of sunshine and clouds, and just a smattering of smog, forecasters said.
The air quality index is set to range between 110 and 130 for most of this morning, before improving in the afternoon.
In downtown areas, the mercury is expected to bottom out at zero degrees Celsius, with a high of no more than 6 degrees, forecasters said.
Tomorrow will see more rain, which will help to dampen any air pollution, while temperatures should improve slightly to a low of 2 degrees and a high of 7.
