Temperature hits a 10-year high

TEMPERATURE in Shanghai's hit 19.4 degrees Celsius yesterday - one of the highest winter figures since 2000, Shanghai Meteorological Bureau said.
But the bureau warned yesterday that temperature was set to drop by 10 to 12 degrees. Today should be overcast with the temperature ranging from 4 to 8 degrees.
