Time for Japan trip is right now

THOSE planning a solo trip to Japan should act soon while prices are still affordable.
Shanghai tourist agencies said yesterday that costs would rise significantly as the peak season begins from late this month and runs into August. A group of Japan-bound backpack travelers will set off from the city next week. A total of 65 tourists in the city have applied for the tour up to yesterday, the second day of Japan opening self-service tours, as distinct from group packages, to Chinese mainland tourists, according to the General Consulate of Japan in Shanghai.
