THE city’s highways will be toll-free for vehicles that are no larger than seven seats during the Qingming Festival from midnight on April 1 to April 4, said the road management authority. Some 3.63 million cars are expected to hit the highways during the three-day holiday, a nine percent increase compared with the same period last year.
