Traffic jam

A CAR yesterday crashed into a fire hydrant in Hongkou District and caused a traffic jam. Water was gushing out of the hydrant up to 10 meters high after the crash and it took firefighters and water company staff members about half an hour to stop the flow.
The driver, deemed to have been at fault, has been fined by traffic police.
