Trains canceled

TEN trains from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station were canceled yesterday due to the heavy rainstorms in northern China. Trains to Changchun in Jilin Province, Dalian and Shenyang of Liaoning Province were among those affected. Passengers will be offered refunds.
