Travel on increase
SHANGHAI airports are seeing an increase in outbound travelers as summer vacation ends and foreign schools are about to start a new semester. Some parents are taking their children on short vacations before school begins. Passengers on short trips to Japan and South Korea rose to more than 48,000 since August 11, up 20 percent since early July. Nearly 10,000 students flew to the United States and the United Kingdom last week.
