THE mercury will rise 32 degrees Celsius today and tomorrow, although conditions will remain overcast, forecasters said yesterday.
While yesterday saw thunder and torrential downpours, today will be showery, said the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau. Yesterday's high was 26.1 degrees Celsius, about 4 degrees lower than predicted. The low today is forecast to be 23 degrees.
