Warmer In The City
OFFICIALS said climate change is affecting Shanghai, where the average temperature increased 1.43 degrees over 100 years ago.
According to records, the city's average temperature rose 1.43 degrees Celsius from 1873 to 2007, nearly double the world's average of 0.74 degrees.
The bureau said the hottest year on record in the city was 2007.
