Warmer week ahead

A SLIGHTLY warmer week ahead is forecast, offering some respite from chilly temperatures, forecasters said yesterday. It reached freezing point in suburban districts on Wednesday, and minus 1 degrees Celsius in Chongming County yesterday morning.
According to the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau, temperatures will remain low today, while tomorrow is forecast to be a little warmer with the high reaching 10 degrees. Today should remain sunny but drizzle is predicted in some areas tomorrow and it will cloud over from next Monday. Temperatures will continue to climb a little, reaching 13 degrees on Tuesday. On Wednesday, more showers are expected, with temperatures 10 to 13 degrees.
