BRIGHT sunshine will be replaced in the next week by frequent rain and cooler temperatures, according to weather forecasters. The average low forecast for next week could drop to around 17 degrees Celsius, with highs of around 23 or 24 degrees Celsius. The change may improve comfort levels for outdoor walking but Expo visitors should plan to take umbrellas as rains could be frequent. A northern cold front is scheduled to run into a warm air flow from the south over the Yangtze River Delta region, causing the rains.
