13-vehicle pileup backs up traffic on Minpu Bridge

Traffic on Minpu Bridge in Shanghai’s Minhang District was paralyzed this morning due to a pileup involving 13 vehicles.
A cement truck’s brakes failed, causing the accident. The driver sustained a minor injury.
Tow trucks have arrived to clear the road and police are restricting traffic on the bridge.
