A 14-YEAR-OLD boy was stabbed to death in a middle school in the Pudong New Area yesterday.
Police said they received a call around noon saying a student was stabbed with a knife during a fight in the school campus on Xinjinqiao Road. The male student, surnamed Li, died in the hospital despite receiving emergency treatment.
Police said Li had a quarrel with another male student, surnamed Ran, who gathered five of his classmates to beat up Li. During the fight, Ran stabbed Li in the chest.
