2 dead and toxic spill in truck crash

TWO people died and toxic chemicals were spilled when a truck overturned on the G1501 Highway early yesterday morning.
The vehicle ended up in greenery by the highway when about a kilometer from Jinhai Road in the Pudong New Area about 4:50am. The cause of the accident, the identities of the victims and the composition of the toxic chemicals were under investigation, said police.
