Police are investigating a double homicide in which a mother and her daughter were killed in a residential complex in Xuhui District. A domestic helper found the victims lying in blood with knife wounds at their home around 7am this morning. The daughter was 11 while the mother was in her 40s. The father was not around when the killing happened.
