3 bodies found in creek

THE bodies of two adults and a child were discovered yesterday morning floating in a creek in Baoshan District. According to a report by xinmin.cn, the three people are believed to be members of the same migrant worker family — mother, father and child. The gender of the child was not stated. An unnamed neighbor was quoted as saying that the family had lived in the area for several years and that the man worked at a local factory. The person said he was unaware of there being any problem prior to the discovery of the corpses. The three bodies were found floating in the creek close to the family’s home at dawn yesterday. Police are investigating, the report said.
