3 killed in collision

THREE people were killed when two trucks collided in rural Pudong around midnight late Wednesday, police said. The three, who had been trapped in their vehicles, were confirmed to be dead at the scene when they were pulled out by firefighters. Traffic wasn’t affected by the accident, which took place on the G1501 Ring Expressway near Pudong International Airport. The police investigation is still under way.
