4 arrests over gun smuggling

FOUR people have been arrested over guns and bullets smuggled from overseas, the third branch of Shanghai People’s Prosecutors’ Office announced yesterday.
The four are suspected of buying guns and bullets from overseas sellers via online forums and instant messaging software QQ.
These items were delivered to the country mainly by international express delivery, said prosecutors.
After the prosecutors’ office issued its approval, the four were arrested by police for smuggling guns and bullets and illegally owning them.
