4 officials in Songjiang warned over frugality rules

FOUR officials in Songjiang District have been given official warnings for violating the country’s frugality rules, the district’s anti-graft body said yesterday.
Jin Zhongming, the former principal of Songjiang No. 4 Middle School, and his two deputies — Yang Zhiqiang and Zhang Quanming — were found to have taken advantage of their positions to misappropriate funds. Zha Xiaoxian, director of the Navigational Affairs Administration of Songjiang Transportation Bureau, was also warned.
