6 Changning parks

SIX free parks on the themes of sport, music, folk culture, ecology, water and festive blessings are set to open in Changning District by the end of this year, a senior official with the district said yesterday. The parks, in the district’s Linkong area near the Hongqiao transit hub, will be linked by a waterside jogging track and a cycling track, said Xie Dong, deputy governor of Changning. The music park, in the northwest corner of the Linkong Economic Zone, will include a huge open music stage and a piano music square.
