7 arrested for car thefts

SEVEN people, including three under the age of 18, have been arrested for allegedly stealing from more than 60 cars parked on the roadside by breaking the car windows, police in Qingpu District said yesterday.
The thefts took place in Shanghai and neighboring Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces.
