EMERGENCY rescue professionals from ASEAN member countries and other international organizations exchanged their expertise and experience during an international workshop in Shanghai yesterday. The four-day workshop is co-held by China and Malaysia and aims to improve ASEAN countries’ ability to manage urban disasters.
