An ambulance from central China’s Hunan Province broke down at the intersection of Yan’an Road M. and Shimen No. 1 Road about 9am yesterday, causing severe congestion during rush hour. The vehicle was carrying a patient suffering from renal failure. The crew dialed the emergency hotline 120 asking for help. Minutes later, a local ambulance came and took the patient to Changhai Hospital. Traffic was disrupted for more than an hour.
