ANOTHER man was spotted touching a female passenger on a Metro train, days after a detention was handed to a passenger for similar behavior. A video clip was uploaded to the Internet in which a man awkwardly places his hand at the back of his body, and appears to touch a female commuter’s hip on a Metro Line 1 train.
The Metro operator said yesterday that it has seen the video. It advised women to call for help when encountering such incidents.
