A POLICE unit to monitor anti-telecom fraud has been made official after a four-month trial run. During the trial run it helped dealt with more than 28,000 telecom scams, Shanghai police said. Police officers, bank clerks, men from telecom operators and third party payment companies make up the 120-strong unit.
