A 20-year-old man surnamed Wang has been arrested for allegedly killing two on an e-bike and fleeing the scene. Wang allegedly was driving his car on an bike lane when the accident happened, police said yesterday. The incident took place in Songjiang District on October 20, and the suspect turned himself in to the police three days later.
